Thank you for shopping at NSA Automotive. We strive to ensure that all of our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
1. Returns
1.1 Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
1.2 Time Frame: You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it. Refunds can be issued to the original payment method, subject to a 20% restocking fee, or as a 100% refund in the form of in-store credit to avoid the restocking fee.
2. Refunds
2.1 Processing: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
2.2 Refund Options: If your return is approved, you can choose one of the following refund methods:
- Original Payment Method: Refund minus a 20% restocking fee.
- In-Store Credit: 100% refund in the form of store credit, avoiding the restocking fee.
3. Exchanges
3.1 Process: If you need to exchange an item for a different one, please contact us to arrange the exchange. You will be responsible for any price difference and any additional shipping costs.
4. Non-Returnable Items
4.1 Exceptions: Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Customized or personalized items
- Gift cards
- Clearance items
5. Shipping
5.1 Costs: You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
5.2 Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately for assistance. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
